Delve into authentic Peruvian fare at Casa Republica’s relaxed and delicious in house restaurant. We loved the artistic and stylish interiors, inviting setting, and simple yet enticing menu where we had the opportunity to try several local dishes. Our meal started with the refreshing Salmon Tiradito and Scallop Carpaccio and the fragrant and tender Anticuchos. We loved pairing the dishes with craft beer from Cusco which came highly recommended by the friendly staff.
For main courses we couldn’t resist ordering our favourite Lomo Saltado and the healthy and delicate Quinoa Crusted Salmon. Every dish was full of fresh and vibrant ingredients and the varied wine, cocktail, and beer list made for a perfect accompaniment for a delicious meal.
Make sure to check out their outdoor garden seating for tranquil breakfasts or leisurely lunches and enjoy the stunning architecture of the historic Casa Republica.
