We loved the seafood heavy menu, array of flavours and textures, and friendly staff who guided us through the culinary journey. Highlights included the delectable Steamed Egg Custard with Sea Urchin, the fresh Sashimi, the melt in your mouth Roasted Hokkaido Shiraoi Wagyu Beef, and the extremely impressive Whole Boiled Hokkaido Hairy Crab. We also loved the sushi course where Snow Castle’s chef prepared the fresh sushi table side. Perfect for foodies looking to add a mouthwatering meal to their trip to Niseko and one of our favourite dining spots in the region.
