The festive season has begun and we were very excited to start it at InterContinental Osaka. The sprawling five star property is located at the heart of the Umeda district surrounded by shopping malls, local eateries, and easy transport links to explore the city and beyond. We checked in at their sky high lobby boasting stunning city views, a cozy bar and lounge, and Christmas decor to ring in the month of December.
For our family of four we booked the spacious and modern Two Bedroom Residence which incorporated a long dining table and comfortable lounge area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight was the incredible panoramic view and amazing service throughout our stay. InterContinental Osaka also boasts a state of the art fitness centre and spa as well as indoor swimming pool and sauna. An ideal way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
We loved the dining options and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the elegant and delicious NOKA. The five star brand is an ideal choice if you are craving a personalised stay. Staff were always on hand to assist with reservations, booking transport, or just making child friendly recommendations. They ensured our family felt right at home and even treated us to seasonal specialities. Osaka is a great choice for travelling with children in Japan and we highly recommend InterContinental for the best mix of luxury and comfort in an amazing location.
