Their wood fired oven was a huge highlight creating some of the most delicious pizzas we’ve tasted in the Maldives. We couldn’t get enough of the generous and mouthwatering pastas and variety of refreshing salads featuring high quality ingredients.  Recommended dishes from the menu included the Wagyu Carpaccio with Parmesan and Pickled Mushrooms, the Rigatoni alla Puttanesca using Roma Tomatoes, Arbequina Olives, Capers and Silver Anchovies, and the Grande Verde Pizza with Asparagus, Baby Spinach, Goat’s Curd, Pesto Sauce and Pine Nuts.
