Located at the centre of Hokkaido’s biggest city, Mercure Sapporo is the perfect option for your snowy city getaway. We loved the sleek and modern hotel featuring cozy guest-rooms with a view, a mouth-watering in house restaurant, and impeccable service. Our family were lucky enough to stay on the 15th floor which boasted beautiful mountain and city views. We opted for connecting rooms which offered plenty of space for a family of four. The decadent beds, full bathroom and bathtub, and meticulous housekeeping ensured we had a comfortable stay and the friendly staff even assisted in helping us find parking right beside the hotel. Mercure Sapporo is ideally located for visiting the city and is within easy walking distance of a huge variety of shops, restaurants, and Odori Park. We also enjoyed checking out the famous seafood stalls at Nijo Market and the cute penguins at AOAO Aquarium. The front desk team consistently went out of their way to make recommendations and were integral to our family’s fun filled trip.
We also highly recommend dining at their restaurant during your stay. Whether you’re delving into traditional Japanese specialities at their varied breakfast buffet or enjoying a decadent semi-buffet lunch you’re sure to be pleased. We also highly recommend their French tasting menu for special occasions or group banquets.
Mercure Sapporo is an amazing option for groups, families, or couples visiting Sapporo. Perfectly located to explore the city or for easy access to transport links to nearby ski slopes, sights, and so much more.
