As soon as you enter the grand doors the accommodating staff treat you to drinks and amazing service ensuring the check-in process is speedy and efficient. We instantly fell for our modern and decadent suite featuring plenty of space for families. The turquoise sea views were a huge highlight and we made full use of the separate lounge area and dining table.
The facilities are ideal for family travellers with a fully staffed Kids Club and plethora of activities ensuring little ones have a trip to remember. We loved lounging beside the seafront infinity pools and the kids couldn’t get enough of the exciting splash pad. Their fitness centre is one of the best we’ve seen with a full spin studio and you’ll never run out of things to do when exploring the grounds or the interactive schedule.
Dining options were endless ensuring you could eat something different at every meal if you wished. The impressive buffet gave high quality and plentiful options at breakfast and lunch and our kids always found mouthwatering options that suited their picky palettes. The a la carte restaurants boasted both exceptional ambiance and impeccable service alongside mouthwatering menus. We loved dining seaside and feasting on Asian fare at Sunan, the juicy steaks and decadent seafood at Auma, and their irresistible Mexican menu at Maxal.
