Our family stay at Radisson Blu Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary, a perfect blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation in one of the most breathtaking destinations on earth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Maldivian hospitality and surrounded by stunning turquoise waters and pristine white sand beaches that looked like something out of a dream.
We stayed in a luxurious two-bedroom beach villa with a private pool, which was ideal for our family. The villa offered spacious living areas, elegant design, and direct access to the beach, where soft white sand met crystal-clear water. With two en-suite bedrooms and a huge lounge we were spoilt for space and luxury. The private pool became our favorite spot for afternoon swims or a floating breakfast, while the indoor and outdoor areas allowed us to unwind and soak in the serene island atmosphere.
Our days were filled with incredible activities and experiences for all ages. The kids club was a highlight, offering fun and engaging programs that kept our children entertained and happy, allowing us to enjoy some much-deserved downtime. We also loved exploring the variety of white sand beaches, kayaking around the island, and challenging each other to competitive tennis matches at the professional court. Evenings were for sunsets and cocktails at the variety of bars and restaurants.
Dining was an unforgettable part of our stay, with a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Each offered something special and showcased the resort’s exceptional culinary diversity. We loved Kabuki, the stylish overwater Japanese restaurant with its exquisite omakase menu and wine list, Eats & Beats, our favourite casual lunch spot by the pool, Crusoe’s Beach Bar, perfect for tapas and cocktails right on the sand, Alifaan, with its elegant grill menu and romantic overwater setting, and Raha, the overwater buffet restaurant offering themed evenings and amazing breakfast spreads. The all-inclusive package made dining effortless, letting us explore every venue freely and savor each experience without a single worry.
The lagoon surrounding the resort was teeming with marine life, and our snorkel excursion with the knowledgeable team was truly the experience of a lifetime. We swam alongside whale sharks and manta rays just a short distance from the overwater villas, an unforgettable adventure our family will cherish forever.
For pure relaxation, the overwater spa was absolute bliss. Our spa suite featured a private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, the perfect prelude to a soothing massage that left us completely rejuvenated.
We also loved the Whale Shark Presentation, which provided fascinating insights into the local marine ecosystem. It was both informative and educational, especially for our children, who were captivated by learning about marine conservation.
From start to finish, the service at Radisson Blu Maldives was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every moment felt personalized and special. It was, without question, absolute paradise, and a family holiday we will remember forever.
