Our Standard King Room, which can accommodate two adults and two children, was stylish and thoughtfully designed, blending locally inspired artwork and natural materials with modern comforts. It provided a peaceful retreat after busy days spent exploring Seminyak, with every detail reflecting the hotel’s relaxed yet sophisticated character.
One of the highlights of the resort is its impressive collection of swimming pools. Whether you prefer lounging by the main pool, enjoying one of the quieter pools tucked amongst tropical gardens or simply soaking up the lively atmosphere, there is a space to suit every mood. The well equipped fitness centre is equally impressive, offering everything needed to maintain your workout routine while travelling.
Dining is another standout. We started each day at Makase, where the extensive breakfast buffet featured everything from Indonesian favourites to international classics alongside excellent coffee and fresh juices. We also enjoyed lunch here, particularly the vibrant lentil salad and beautifully grilled Ikan Bakar. Evenings at SugarSand became another favourite, thanks to its spectacular beachfront setting, creative borderless menu and outstanding cocktails. The Bone Marrow & Brioche, Burrata with smoked olives and tomato tapenade, and Premium Wagyu Stockyard Striploin were all exceptional, while the signature gin and tonics were the perfect accompaniment to sunset over the Indian Ocean.
