Set within AYANA Bali’s remarkable 90-hectare integrated resort estate, RIMBA by AYANA Bali offers guests access to an extraordinary collection of facilities while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere that works particularly well for families.
We stayed in a spacious Two Bedroom Resort View Suite, which provided plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax between days spent exploring the resort. Contemporary in design with large windows overlooking the tropical gardens, the suite felt bright, comfortable, and perfectly suited to longer stays with children.
One of the biggest advantages of staying at RIMBA is that guests enjoy full access to the entire AYANA Bali estate. Complimentary resort trams connect RIMBA with AYANA Resort Bali, AYANA Segara Bali, and the extensive collection of facilities spread throughout the property. Despite the size of the resort, getting around was incredibly easy, and our children particularly enjoyed hopping aboard the trams as we explored different areas each day.
The scale of the facilities is genuinely impressive. Guests have access to more than 14 swimming pools, ranging from peaceful adults-oriented spaces to large family-friendly pools where children can happily spend entire afternoons. The iconic cliffside locations throughout the resort create breathtaking ocean views at almost every turn, while AYANA’s famous Rock Bar remains one of Bali’s most spectacular sunset destinations.
The resort’s private Kubu Beach is another standout feature, accessed via a dramatic glass elevator descending the limestone cliffs to a secluded cove below. For those seeking relaxation, AYANA Spa offers an extensive menu of wellness treatments and is widely regarded as one of Bali’s premier spa destinations.
Our children also spent a day at AYANA’s Green Camp, one of the highlights of their stay. Designed to connect younger guests with nature, sustainability, and Balinese culture through hands-on activities and outdoor experiences, it provided a fun and educational day that they continued talking about long afterwards.
Dining was another highlight throughout the resort. Kampoeng Bali delivered an unforgettable cultural dinner show celebrating Balinese traditions through food, music, and dance. UNIQUE impressed with vibrant South American flavours and spectacular sunset views. Sami Sami offered a beautiful cliffside setting for Italian cuisine overlooking the ocean. KISIK provided a memorable seafood dining experience directly on the sand, while Karang showcased elevated Indonesian cuisine in a relaxed poolside setting at AYANA Segara.
